I am so lucky to see my passion of scribbling sports logos and designing uniforms as a kid translate to a creative path that I love. The last 12 years working in the creative field started with a deep dive in learning the ins and outs of  design tools and software and has evolved into a love for balancing challenging design teams while always making them feel valued and advocated for. My design journey has taught me to be a leader that puts people first and create an environment where team members are motivated to give their all knowing everyone around them, at any level, is doing the same.
